The dedication of the government lies in transforming the president’s Renewed Hope Vision into a tangible manifestation, ensuring that every member of the society can enjoy a respectful and comfortable living through the provision of well-built, affordable residences complemented by essential infrastructural facilities. Furthermore, there are four-bedroom duplexes and five-bedroom duplexes available for those seeking a more spacious abode.

These estates encompass semi-detached bungalows with varying bedroom options including one, two, and three bedrooms. In order to promote accessibility and facilitate adoption, the ministry employed organic architectural concepts that allow for the seamless transformation of a one-bedroom unit into a two-bedroom or three-bedroom dwelling, enabling beneficiaries to adapt their living spaces as their income gradually grows.
