Manchester United activate break clause for Sergio Reguilon.
Sergio Reguilon has been signed by Manchester United on a season-long Loan towards the summer transfer deadline after the club’s left-back options— Like Shaw and Tyrell Malacia both major suffered injuries at the start of the season. However, a break clause to send him back to Tottenham in January if necessary was included in the loan agreement. With Luke Shaw’s return and Malacia nearing complete fitness, the club has finally decided to activate this break clause. Playing 12 games for United across all competitions, the Spaniard will return to Tottenham as he continues to seek more playing chances.
