Assembling vehicles by 2024 shows the firm's commitment to helping the economy.

The automobile company Stallion MG has finalised its plans to begin assembling its legendary British brand of automobiles, MG, in Nigeria beginning in the first quarter of 2024. This was revealed in the 100th anniversary message from the official distributor in Nigeria, the Stallion Group, headed by Anurag Shah, who oversees the Luxury & Premium Automotive Brands Division. He asserted that MG’s decision to begin assembling vehicles in the country reflected the firm’s commitment to helping alleviate the country’s economic problem by creating new jobs and preserving foreign exchange reserves.

They are going to offer a domestically produced MG RX5, ZS, and ZS EV at the beginning of the next year, in addition to their best-selling SUV, the RX8. According to Shah, another factor that drives them is an incentive scheme established by the federal government for the automakers and distributors in the country. Meanwhile, as part of the events honouring the brand’s 100-year milestone, Stallion MG has also rolled out special discounts on Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV) for Nigerian customers.

MG has quality and reliability that are consistent with Stallion’s value.

Using the campaign’s tagline, “Drive to Impress”, it represents the superiority of MG vehicles in terms of quality, performance, technology, comfort, space, and longevity. They are commemorating the occasion by running a special promotion that is only available for a limited time and in limited quantities. This promotion gives customers an excellent opportunity to upgrade to a more standard expensive SUV model by providing special discounts on those models. According to Shah’s explanation, they are glad to attest that MG carries the quality and reliability that are consistent with Stallion’s business principles.

He asserted that ever since the brand was introduced in Nigeria in 2021, there has not been a single instance of an engine breaking down in any of the company’s workshops anywhere in the country. He has the courage to say that MG gives peace of mind. The OEM provides outstanding after-sales support. The fact that their clients are satisfied is of the utmost importance, as this is the reason why they receive repeat sales from their corporate clients and recommendations from their individual customers, he explained.

It has remained in its position among the top global automotive brands.

Furthermore, MG Motors is a British automobile manufacturer with its headquarters in London, United Kingdom. It is a subsidiary of SAIC Motor UK, which is owned by SAIC Motor, a Chinese state-owned company based in Shanghai. In addition to being functional, spacious and technologically advanced, modern MGs are designed in London’s Marylebone and manufactured in factories across the globe, commencing in Nigeria in 2024. These vehicles are constructed with world-class components and come with a five-year or 150,000-kilometer warranty from the manufacturer.

Also, MG has remained in its position among the top global automotive brands because of its consistent standards of integrity over the past ten decades. In addition to this, it is still the most rapidly growing car brand in the United Kingdom, with a market-leading collection of electric vehicles that are facilitating more drivers than ever to make the transition to zero-emission motoring. In the years to come, MG will undoubtedly be one of the top five brands that consumers in Nigeria prefer the most.

Many commendations have been granted to the brand.

On the other hand, MG has consistently been successful in winning awards for the quality of its products across the globe. For instance, in the United Kingdom, the brand’s widely recognised all-electric MG hatchback accomplished the year 2022 with a variety of major award wins, which include the title of Bargain Car of the Year at the 2022 Top Gear Awards. The brand was also accorded the title of the three overall Car of the Year.
