TVC News Nigeria gives us a report on 18 suspected internet fraudsters have been arrested in Lagos.

Following intelligence reports received by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), 18 suspected internet fraudsters have been arrested in Lagos. The suspects are accused of being involved in various computer-related fraud schemes, including phishing and identity theft. The EFCC is currently working to gather more evidence and determine the full extent of the suspects’ involvement in these illegal activities. If convicted, the suspects could face significant prison sentences and fines, as well as other penalties. This arrest is a significant victory in the fight against internet fraud, and the EFCC will continue to work tirelessly to investigate and prosecute those who engage in this type of criminal activity.
