Renowned maker of Indomie instant noodles, Dufil Prima Foods Plc, has demonstrated its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by extending a helping hand to the underprivileged in various communities across Nigeria. In a philanthropic initiative aimed at giving back to society, the company has donated numerous cartons of its popular products to selected orphanages and homes for the aged in key cities throughout the country. The Indomie team embarked on a heartwarming journey in Lagos, visiting several notable institutions, including Heritage Home – Anthony, Little Saints Orphanage – Ilupeju, Real Woman Foundation Love Home Orphanage – Magodo, Nigerian Red Cross Society – Makoko, Society for the Blind – Oshodi, Holy Family Home for the Elderly – Regina Mundi, Alakara, Elderly Care Home – Oki Lane Maryland, Heart of Gold Hospices – Surulere, and Modupe Cole Memorial Treatment Child care – Akoka, among others.

Tope Ashiwaju, the Group Corporate Communications and Events Manager for Dufil, shared insights during the visits in Lagos. He emphasized that the months of December and January hold special significance as times for giving and expressing love. Ashiwaju conveyed the company’s commitment to making a positive impact on society, especially among the less privileged, by bringing joy and smiles during this festive season. In his statement, Ashiwaju highlighted the company’s broader corporate social responsibility initiatives, expressing the belief in allocating a significant portion of earned profits back to society.
