After a heartbreaking AFCON 2023 final loss, the Nigeria Football Federation decided to part ways with José Peseiro, appointing Finidi George as an interim coach. According to new reports, the NFF has decided to appoint Emmanuel Amunike as the new head coach of the Super Eagles. The former Sporting Lisbon forward was prosperous as Nigeria’s under-17 coach, leading the Golden Eaglets to victory in the 2015 Under-17 World Cup.
