Bukayo Saka omitted from England’s squad on precautionary measures.
Arsenal star, Bukayo Saka is having a phenomenal season and is leading the club to its potential first league title in two decades. The 22 year-old forward is however set to miss England’s friendlies against Brazil and Belgium on Saturday and Tuesday respectively as he has decided to withdraw from the squad due to a minor muscle injury. He has returned back to the club and will be assessed in the coming days. Intimacy ban lifted ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics competition.
The 2020 Tokyo Olympics decided to introduce the no intimacy rule due to the outbreak of Covid-19, preventing athletes from getting in close contact with their loved ones during the competition. However, this ban has now been revoked ahead of the upcoming 2024 Olympics which is scheduled to be held in Paris. In fact, the Olympic village is set to be supplied with over 300,000 condoms for the 9000 athletes and approximately 14,250 people who will be present for the competition.
