School modernization and New University development is at the top of the list.

Lagos has been a city that has lacked in the field of education for a very long time. There are many reasons for this, but one of the main reasons is the infrastructure of the city. The schools are not in good condition, the teachers are not well-trained, and there are not enough schools to accommodate all the students. Another reason for the lack of education in Lagos is the lack of resources. There is a lack of books, pencils, paper, and other supplies that are necessary for learning. The students also do not have enough money to buy these supplies. Finally, the parents in Lagos do not value education as much as they should.

However, in recent years there has been a significant increase in the number of schools and universities in the city. This increase has been largely due to the efforts of the Lagos State government, which has made a concerted effort to improve education in the city. The government has built new schools and universities, and has also made improvements to the existing schools and universities. As a result, the quality of education in Lagos has improved significantly in recent years.

Rise in the number of students who are attending private universities.

There are a variety of reasons why parents in Nigeria might prefer their children to work rather than attend school. One reason is that many families in Nigeria are very poor and cannot afford to send their children to school. If the children can work, they can help contribute to the family income and help their parents to survive. Another reason is that many parents in Nigeria believe that it is more important for their children to learn how to work than to learn academic subjects. They believe that the skills and knowledge that their children learn through working will be more useful to them than what they would learn in school. Finally, many parents in Nigeria believe that it is more important for their children to learn about their culture and their religion than to learn about other cultures or religions.

Universities are allocated a certain number of seats per capita in order to maintain a certain level of quality and accommodate the needs of the students. However, the number of seats available per capita has been declining in recent years, which has made it more difficult for students to gain entrance into universities. This has led to a rise in the number of students who are attending private universities, which often have higher tuition rates. The government is working to increase the number of university seats available per capita in order to meet the needs of the students and to maintain the quality of the universities.
