Harry Maguire gets new re-trial date for assault and bribery charges.
Manchester United’s defender, Harry Maguire was found guilty of assaulting a police, resisting arrest and attempted bribery during a family holiday in Greece in 2020 and was held by the police for two days before appearing in court. His retrial was expected to take place this month but a legal strike in Mykonos delayed the scheduled hearing. However, new reports have revealed that the long awaited retrial is not expected to take place until next year, as the hearing has been rescheduled to March 25, 2025.
