American singer and songwriter, Lana Del Rey has announced at the Billboard’s Pre-Grammy party that her next album will be titled “Lasso” and heavily in the country genre. The alternative pop artist. The album which is set to be released later in September, was made with Jack Antonoff, the lead singer of popular Rock band, Bleachers in Muscle Shoals, Nashville. While Lana has a reputation for releasing projects later than planned dates, fans are hopeful that “Lasso” will be released on schedule.

Ckay explains BNXN’s exclusion from popular song, “Hallelujah”.
Acclaimed Afro-Soul artist, Ckay has just shared more insight into the collaboration issue regarding hit song, “Hallelujah” with BNXN and Blaqbonez. In a new interview with Beats 99.9 fm, Lagos, the multi-platinum selling artist explained that the song was originally supposed to feature Seyi Vibez and BNXN but while Seyi’s team failed to finalize the contract, BNXN decided to opt out of the song. He also emphasized that there was no regret releasing just the Blaqbonez version, as the song was well received by fans.

Burna Boy and Pheelz set to feature in Usher’s upcoming album.

Roc Nation will not host its annual Pre-Grammy brunch this year.
Roc Nations’ invite-only Pre-Grammy brunch is one of the biggest assembly of reputable artists and business brokers in the entertainment industry. The event, which has always taken place either in the final week of January or early February, is being rumoured to have been cancelled this year. Last year marked the 12th edition and the first time since 2020 since the event was held. There has been no substantial reason from Roc nation as to why the event is being cancelled but many social media users believe that the expose of popular comedian, Katt Williams could have played a huge role.
