Kelechi Iheanacho leaves Leicester City as a free agent after 7 years.
Nigerian forward, Kelechi Iheanacho is one of the three senior players announced to have departed from Leicester City this summer. The 27 year-old has been released from the King Power Stadium as a free agent, ending his 7-year career with the club. He joined Leicester in 2017 from Manchester City, scoring 61 goals and winning the FA Cup, Community Shield and EFL championship with the club. Alongside the Nigerian striker, club legend, Marc Albrighton and Dennis Praet will also leave the club as free agents. Leicester City will be keen on a rebuild ahead of their top flight football next season.
