Per multiple sources, Napoli’s talisman, Victor Osimhen remains resolute on leaving the club this summer. The Super Eagles’ forward has attracted interest from many European clubs but will value a move to the Premier League and although there are no concrete offers yet, PSG, Chelsea and Arsenal are some of the clubs interested in signing the prolific striker. After a quiet June, Napoli expects new proposals to be submitted. Osimhen’s release clause is placed at €120 million.

Chelsea and Leicester City in talks over Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.
The Blues are on the verge of completing the transfer of Leicester City’s midfielder, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall. Although the Foxes were targeting £40 million for the player, pressure from the Premier League’s profit and Sustainability rule has forced the club to accept £30 million with talks of Chelsea’s Michael Golding being included in the deal. After rejecting Brighton’s offer last week, the 25 year-old is set to link up with former manager, Enzo Maresca who joined the London club after leading Leicester City to a Championship title last season. Dewsbury-Hall scored 12 goals and 14 assists in 44 games last season, winning Leicester City’s player of the year and PFA Players’ Player of the Year awards. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall will undergo his medical testing at Stamford Bridge and sign 6-year contract until 2030.

Jude Bellingham inspires comeback as England defeats Slovakia.
Ivan Schranz shocked England, converting a beautiful counter attack to give Slovakia the lead in the 25th minute. Failing to find an early response, England looked to be on the verge of a shocking round of 16 elimination until Jude Bellingham’s beautiful overhead kick in the 95th minute, pushing the game to extra time. Harry Kane completed England’s much needed comeback, heading home Ivan Toney’s pass in the first minute of overtime. The Three Lions will now face Switzerland in the quarter final, as they hope to notch two consecutive Euro finals.

Spain defeats Georgia 4-1 to advance to Euros’ quarter final.
After conceding an early own-goal in the 18th minute, Spain fought back to secure a 4-1 win over Georgia on Sunday evening. Star midfielder, Rodri inspired a crucial comeback, scoring a beautiful equalizer with a beautiful shot from outside the 18-yard box in the 39th minute. In the second half, they were able to overrun a spirited Georgia team with 3 more goals from Fabian Ruiz, Nico Williams and Dani Olmo, securing their quarter final spot where they will face Germany.

Paul George will sign four-year max contract with the Philadelphia Sixers.
Upon declining the Los Angeles Clippers’ player option, Paul George has decided to join the Philadelphia Sixers on a 4-year $212 million max contract. The Clippers were unwilling to offer the 9-time MVP a max contract and even acknowledged that there was a huge gap between their offer and George’s expectation. Paul George is now set to join the Eastern Conference for the first time since his final season with the Indiana Pacers (2016-2017) and fans are ecstatic about the potential partnership of him, Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey.
