The minister emphasised how the ESVARBON board plays a crucial role in reshaping the country’s housing industry, which aligns with President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda. Established by Decree No. 24 of 1975, this board consists of 22 members who have encountered challenges in carrying out their responsibilities because many members’ terms have expired, leading to a shortage of active members.

Dangiwa expressed optimism in the newly formed board’s capacity to regulate property evaluators and valuers, guaranteeing that only competent individuals can practice in the profession.
