Through the provision of an online platform for users to consult trade information, the NSW Trade Portal promotes trade. It also provides an online platform for submitting trade paperwork and monitoring the status of trade transactions. Users would have access to a help desk, trouble tickets, and other online support services (for registered customers) and make Credit Card payments online (this feature will be implemented in the future phase).
