Since Robert Lewandowski’s arrival at the Nou Camp from Bayern Munich, he has been the team driving force. Settling immediately into the team, the Polish striker led Barcelona to a La Liga title, whilst also being the league’s highest goal scorer. In this new season however, the striker has struggled in front of goals and has now spoken up on the dynamics of the team’s attack approach, lamenting that he receives little or no support from the team attacking players. Hopefully, this is resolved soon and the striker can go back to scoring consistently like he has always done.

Inter Miami has been on a winning streak since the arrival of Lionel Messi. Prior to Messi’s addition, the team was on an eleven game no-win streak and bottom of the league’s ranking. Spearheading the team along with former Barcelona pair, Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquets, the David Beckham’s co-owned club has experienced an overt transformation. With 10 goals and three assists in his first 10 games for the American side, Messi has led the team to a nine game winning streak to the League Cup title. They had now dropped points for the first time since Messi’s addition to the team, with a goalless draw against Nashville SC.

Facundo Pellistri set to stay after talks with Eric ten Hag.
Despite being one of Manchester United’s most electrifying attackers, Facundo Pellistri has not enjoyed a plethora of opportunities in competitive games to show his capabilities.
