Netflix confirms Cillian Murphy’s return for new “Peaky Blinders” film.
After a groundbreaking performance in Christopher Nolan’s “Oppenheimer”, Cillian Murphy is set to reprise his highly revered role as Tommy Shelby in “Peaky Blinders”. The new film will explore Tommy’s life and service during World War II. Disclosing the much anticipated flick to Deadline, Cillian said, “It seems like Tommy Shelby wasn’t finished with me. It is very gratifying to be re-collaborating with Steven Knight and Tom Harper… this one is for the fans.” The shooting will reportedly commence in the last half of the year.

English TV personality and music executive, Simon Cowell has announced ongoing plans to create a new boy band. Mostly known for his role as a judge on numerous talent competitions like The X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent and American Idol, Cowell was responsible for forming global band, One Direction. Announcing this decision, Cowell stated that, “Every generation deserves a megastar boyband and I don’t think there has been one to have the success of One Direction in over 14 years.” He is hopeful that a documentary series will also emerge to capture the journey of his search.

American pop star, Halsey has taken to social media to reveal her battles with chronic health complications. Announcing her album, she posted footage where she described herself as an old lady due to the illnesses, noting that she was lucky to be alive. In the video, she also said she was giving herself only two more years to be sick and afterwards, talked about experiencing a rebirth in her 30s, where she’ll muster enough energy to redo her 20s.
