Nigeria’s Flying Eagles continue to excel in the World Cup competition. The dream to finally clinch the cup, after defeats in the finals and semi finals previously. The defeat to Brazil was their only defeat in the group stage. However, this caused them to qualify for the round of 16 as one of the best losers. Facing the host country, Argentina in the Round of 16, the Flying Eagles were all out to prove a point and two crucial goals were enough to see them off to the quarter finals of the competition, where they will face South Korea on Sunday.

The self dubbed million dollar DJ, has in a recent interview with Afrobeats enthusiast, Adesope, revealed his reason for playing ‘Anybody’ instead of ‘Ye’, as requested by Wizkid during the historic O2 Arena show. The DJ revealed that he played ‘Anybody’ to get a much needed instant reaction from the fans. Lots of fans have since taken to social media to praise him for his professional awareness.
