Chris Brown hit with a $50 million lawsuit for alleged assault.
American R&B star Chris Brown, along with his confidante Sinko Ceej, rapper Yella Beezy, and the corporation Live Nation, are named in a $50 million lawsuit concerning alleged assaults during Brown’s 11:11 tour stop in Fort Worth, Texas. Filed Monday in Harris County, the lawsuit by Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell accuses Brown and his entourage of surrounding and violently attacking them, including using chairs and kicking them. They claim Brown “participated in and directed” the violence. The suit details that Bush approached Brown to congratulate him on the concert, but Brown allegedly ordered an attack after one of his men recalled a past dispute. The plaintiffs are also seeking restraining orders against Brown, Beezy, and Sinko Ceej. Neither Chris Brown nor his team has commented, but fans have criticized his ongoing legal issues.
