Young Jonn to release his debut album, “Jiggy Forever” on April 12.

Afrobeats’ producer turned artist, Young Jonn has been one of Nigeria’s biggest hit makers since his breakout hit, “Dada”. He has since gone on to release multiple hit singles and EPs. He is however set to release his debut studio album, “Jiggy Forever” later this month on April 12. The 16-track album will include hit single, “Big Big Things” featuring Kizz Daniel and Seyi Vibez. Don Jazzy, Zlatan Ibile, Blaqbonez, Sean Paul and Ya Levis will also feature on the album.

J. Cole surprises fans with new project, “Might Delete Later”.

American rapper, J. Cole has surprised fans with a new album ahead of his two-day Dreamville Festival which is scheduled to commence on Saturday, April 6th. Prior, the rapper had been teasing fans with his exclusive “Might delete later” vlog releases. The new album, which is also titled, “Might Delete Later” includes 11 tracks and appearances from Ari Lennox, Young Dro, Gucci Mane, Cam’ron, Bas, Central Cee, Daylyt and Ab-Soul. He seemingly took a jab at colleague, Kendrick Lamar in some of the tracks and this, as well as the quality of the project has got most fans talking.

Burna boy drops audio/video pack for hit song, “Tested, Approved & Trusted”.

Nigerian star, Burna Boy has just released a new audio pack for his hit song, “Tested, Approved and Trusted” off his last album, “I Told Them”. The audio pack includes two remixes featuring Major League DJz and Prince Swanny. Coupled with this is the release of the song’s official video which also features popular video vixen, Sevyn Streeter. Fans have not only expressed their surprise at the exclusion of Nicki Minaj’s remix version, but also dissatisfaction at the Amapiano remix with Major League DJz.

Metro Boomin and Future to release new joint album on April 12th.

With the success of Metro Boomin and Future’s collaborative album, “We Don’t Trust You”, the duo are not showing any sign of slowing down. They have just announced the release date for their follow up album, “We Still Don’t Trust You” with the cover art also revealed. The album will be released on April 12th. The first album has received monumental success since its release, selling over 200k units in its first week, with the hit song, “Like That” featuring Kendrick Lamar debuting at number one on the Billboard top 100 songs. There are huge expectations that this follow up album will be similar in quality to the first one.

Ruger announces dates for his new “Luv Again” European tour.

Nigerian artist, Ruger is taking a huge step since becoming an independent artist, to embark on an European tour. The “Luv Again your” will see the “Bounce” crooner reclaim his global fans, is set to kickstart on July 4 in Amsterdam, running through Gothenburg, Toulouse, Paris, Gent, Warsaw, Oslo and Madrid. With his new collaboration with BNXN, “Romeo Must Die” still receiving heavy airplay across Europe, Ruger will be hoping to thrill fans with big performances during the tour.
