Wireless Festival has announced that Drake will headline all three nights of its 20th anniversary event, making history as the first artist to do so with three unique setlists. The festival returns to London’s Finsbury Park from July 11 to 13, marking Drake’s first UK performance in six years. He will be joined by an exciting lineup, including Burna Boy, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Summer Walker, and Vybz Kartel, who will make his UK debut. More artists are set to be announced. The news follows the release of $ome $exy $ongs 4 U, Drake’s collaborative album with PARTYNEXTDOOR. The 21-track project blends joint efforts with solo moments, creating a dynamic full-length record. Drake’s Wireless performances come at a pivotal moment in his career, as he looks to reconnect with fans following last year’s widely debated diss track battle with Kendrick Lamar. His return promises to be a major highlight of the festival.

Captain America: Brave New World grosses over $100m in the domestic box office.
Marvel’s latest release, Captain America: Brave New World is off to a strong start, earning $27.5M on Saturday and heading for a projected $100M domestic opening, making it 2025’s first major box office hit. The film has also grossed $192.4M globally, securing the fourth-biggest Presidents’ Day weekend debut behind Black Panther, Deadpool, and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. This marks the 35th consecutive Marvel Cinematic Universe film to debut at No. 1 domestically. The film introduces Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson as the new Captain America, officially succeeding Chris Evans. Harrison Ford co-stars as U.S. President Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross, who transforms into the Red Hulk. Zoe Saldaña wins best supporting actress for her role in Emilia Pérez at BAFTA.
Hollywood star, Zoe Saldaña won the BAFTA for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the Spanish-language crime musical Emilia Pérez. In the Netflix film, she portrays Rita Mora Castro, a lawyer assisting a Mexican cartel leader in obtaining gender-affirming surgery. This marks Saldaña’s first BAFTA win and nomination, and she is also nominated for an Oscar in the same category. Emilia Pérez was one of the night’s most recognized films, earning 11 nominations, including Best Film, Best Director, Best Leading Actress for Karla Sofía Gascón, and Best Supporting Actress for Selena Gomez. Acclaimed rapper, Lil Wayne took the stage at Saturday Night Live’s 50th anniversary special, delivering a career-spanning medley alongside The Roots. The 42-year-old rapper performed hits including Uproar, Lollipop, 6 Foot 7 Foot, Mrs. Officer, and A Milli during SNL 50: The Anniversary Special on February 16.
