Mohammed Kudus finally joins West Ham on a five year contract.
Ajax midfielder, Mohammed Kudus is ready for the big lights as he is set to finally actualize his dream move to the premier league. The Ghanaian international has grown into a very crucial player for club and country. Whilst helping Ghana secure a World Cup qualification, he has also been Ajax best player over the last season. Many premier league teams including Chelsea had him on their radar but it was West Ham, actively pushing for the deal. After a hectic rigmarole between the clubs, sources have now confirmed that West Ham’s €45 million bid has been accepted and the player will now have his medical with the London club on Saturday.

Global superstar, Burna boy continues to show his dominance in the world music scene. Luke Shaw joins king list of injured Manchester United players.
Manchester United injury woes have put the team in a really bad shape and unfortunately, the list continues to grow every week. Despite playing the most games of any English side last season, the team had a congested pre-season schedule and has also played two indoor friendly since the new season commenced. This has left many of the players fatigued and their left back, Luke Shaw is the latest to join the list of injured players after new signing, Mason Mount. The club, in its latest injury reports have noted that Shaw will miss a couple of weeks with a muscle injury. With both Malacia and Shaw now injured, fans expect young star, Alvaro Fernández to fill in and show his quality.

Dune 2 has been postponed to March 14, 2024 due to ongoing strike.
The ongoing writers and actors’ strike is being intensely sustained, as these workers continue to demand more pay for the work they do in Hollywood productions. With many productions presently on halt, there has been lesser releases over the last months. One of the most successful movies of recent times, Dune, was scheduled to have its part two released this month. However, the ongoing strike has caused the release to be pushed back to March 14, 2024. Hopefully, this dilemma is resolved as soon as possible.

Tobi Amusan finishes sixth in Women’s 100 Meters Hurdles finals.
Nigerian sprinter, Tobi Amusan took the world by storm, being a World Champion and World Record holder in the 100 meters hurdles in the Stockholm Diamond League. After beating her doping charges and being cleared to compete in the 2023 World Athletics Championships, she stunned in the 100m hurdles, coming first in the Heat 2 of the semi finals and automatically qualifying for the finals. She has however come sixth in the 100 meters hurdles’ finals, with Jamaican Danielle Williams finishing first.
