Will Smith Confirms a sequel of I Am Legend is in Development.
Eighteen years after the original I Am Legend, Will Smith has confirmed that a sequel is officially in the works. During a recent Twitch live stream with xQc, Smith revealed that he and Michael B. Jordan recently met to discuss the project, with writer Akiva Goldsman actively developing the script. He praised Jordan as a collaborator, expressing excitement about working together. The original I Am Legend, directed by Francis Lawrence and based on Richard Matheson’s 1954 novel, starred Smith alongside Alice Braga and Emma Thompson. While Smith’s character perished in the theatrical cut, the sequel will follow the alternate ending, in which he survives, allowing for his return. Matt Bomer to reprise role as White Collar Reboot is set to hit the market.
A White Collar reboot is officially in the works, with creator Jeff Eastin preparing to pitch the project in the coming weeks.
