Davido won the best male award and best collaboration for his hit single, “Unavailable” with Musa Keys. Rema won the song of the year award for his “Calm Down” collaboration with Selena Gomez and global artiste of the year. Burna boy clinched the award for album of the year with his “Love, Damini”.

English midfielder, Kalvin Phillips made a promising move to Manchester City from Leeds United in 2022. Since making this big move, he has found it very hard breaking into the team’s starting lineup, playing in 26 games for the club. Former Manchester United midfielder, Jesse Lingard has remained without a club since he was released in the summer. Despite speculations that he could return to West Ham, where he had a good spell on loan, a deal was not finalized. The English midfielder ended up moving to Saudi Arabia to train with Al-Ettifaq and reports suggested that he would agree to a deal with the Saudi Arabian club. Nigerian hip hop sensation, ODUMODUBLVCK has created a niche which is gradually propagating rap in the country. His new mixtape, “Eziokwu” which has been widely accepted in the mainstream market, is still charting in the top two of Apple Music NG top albums. The rapper has just revealed that the mixtape will have a deluxe version. The deluxe version will further expand ODUMODUBLVCK’s reach and fans will be hoping that it features other big artistes he has worked with.
