Tinubu appoints Yemi Cardozo as the new Central Bank governor.
President Bola Tinubu has just approved the nomination of Dr. Oluyemi Cardozo as the new governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria. This was earlier announced by the President’s Spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale. The president also approved the nomination of four new Deputy Governors for the Central Bank, including Mrs. Emem Usoro, Mr. Mohammed Dattijo, Mr. Philip Ikeazor and Dr. Bala Bello. However, these nominations will become official pending the confirmation by the senate.

Nigerian striker, Victor Boniface has lit up the Bundesliga since signing with Bayer Leverkusen.
