Nigerian music video director ThankGod Omori, widely known as TG Omori or Boy Director, is facing a severe health crisis after consuming fake drinks at nightclubs last December, which resulted in kidney failure and a recent transplant. On Tuesday, Omori shared on X that he had undergone a kidney transplant the previous day, thanks to his brother’s donation. However, he later revealed that the procedure, performed at St. Nicholas Hospital in Lagos, was unsuccessful.
