Afrobeats hit maker, Joeboy announced his departure from emPawa after six years, signing a new deal with Warner Music and launching his own record label, “Young Legend”. He has now teased his first single of the year, the first under his new record label. The song, “Osadebe” is set to be released on February 16 and fans are confident that despite the change in record label, Joeboy will continue to serve hit songs.

SZA’s “SOS” album makes history with Billboard top ten chart.
American RnB star, SZA had a sensational 2023, ruling the billboard charts with her hit song, “Snooze” off her “SOS” album and clinching three Grammy Awards off her nine nominations. The album which is presently number three on the Billboard 200 Albums chart has just made history as the first album by a black female artiste to spend a full year on the top ten of the Billboard top 200 albums chart. Yeat set to release collaboration with Lil Wayne for his upcoming album.
American rapper, songwriter and record producer, Yeat is one of the globally recognized new school rappers making huge strides and working with some of the biggest rappers across the world. After the success of his 2023 album, “Aftërlyfe”, he is set to release his ninth studio project, “2093” later this year and has been teasing collaborations with the likes of Drake and Donald Glover. Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers” enters top 90 of Billboard’s Greatest of All Times chart.
Pop artist, Miley Cyrus ruled 2023 with her hit song, “Flowers”, spending eight non-consecutive weeks at number one on the billboard top 100 charts and also claiming two Grammy awards for Record of the year and Pop Solo Performance. After her beautiful performance at the Grammy Awards, “Flowers” which propelled the song into a top ten re-entry at the Billboard top 100 chart, the song has now risen 10 spots to number 90 in the Billboard’s Greatest of All Time Hot 100 songs, surpassing classics like “Happy” and “The Way You Are”.

Jennifer Lopez hints retirement from music after upcoming project.
Music star, Jennifer Lopez is hinting at a potential retirement from music after her ninth studio project, “This is me…”. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, she explained that she was doing multiple album covers for the fans. She also expressed her uncertainty about ever making an album after this. She said, “don’t tell Benny (her manager) that that’s what I’m thinking— this might be my last album ever. I feel like it’s the end of a kind of an era for me and the and the beginning of a new one.”
