After a long hiatus, Normani looks to be finally set to release new music. The former Fifth Harmony member teased her new album, “Dopamine” on February 21 and since, fans have been in the dark as to when the album is expected to drop. However, the first single off the new album, “1:59” is set to be released on April 26 and will feature American rapper, Gunna. Speaking to her fans, the “Wild Side” singer stated that this was one of the best songs she has ever written, assuring fans that the wait would be worth it when it finally drops.

Tyla reveals the backstory behind hit collaboration with Tems.
Tems and Tyla are two of the biggest African female artists globally right now, with successful songs charting across multiple countries. Tems hit the global scene with her “Essence” collaboration with Wizkid and Tyla, with her hit song, “Water”. Both artists however joined forces for a new track “No.1” off Tyla’s new album. This track is presently one of the most streamed songs on the new album and it came close to not happening. Explaining how the collaboration actualized, Tyla revealed that she was close to submitting her album when Tems’ verse came in and she had to pause the submission.
