The first trailer for Jonathan Majors’ Magazine Dreams has been released.

Benedict Cumberbatch confirms role in Avengers: Doomsday despite past comment.
Hollywood star, Benedict Cumberbatch has sparked confusion over Doctor Strange’s role in MCU’s upcoming Avengers films. Initially, he suggested the character would skip Avengers: Doomsday (2026) but return for Secret Wars (2027), citing storyline shifts following Jonathan Majors’ departure and the pivot from Kang to Doctor Doom. “The character [was] not aligning with this part of the story,” he told Variety. However, Cumberbatch later retracted his statement, confirming Strange’s involvement in Doomsday while adding, “Don’t ever believe anything I say,” fueling speculation about intentional misdirection. This echoes past MCU secrecy tactics, such as Andrew Garfield’s denials about Spider-Man: No Way Home. Marvel has teased Strange’s return since Multiverse of Madness, where Clea (Charlize Theron) warned him of an incursion, hinting at his pivotal role in the multiverse saga. While Cumberbatch emphasized Strange’s centrality to Secret Wars, Marvel has yet to officially clarify his involvement in either film, leaving fans guessing as the studio continues to guard its secrets.
Benedict Cumberbatch now says he is in ‘AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY’ despite his previous comments.
