Burna Boy announces a new single, “Bundle By Bundle”; to be released on Tuesday.
Afrofusion star, Burna Boy is set to wrap up the year with a festive new single, “Bundle By Bundle”, scheduled for release next Tuesday. The Grammy-winning artist teased the track on social media, with longtime collaborator Telz—known for his work on Burna Boy’s Twice As Tall album—also hinting at the release. This marks Burna Boy’s second single of 2024, following the Grammy-nominated “Higher”, whose music video captured an emotional return to his hometown, Port Harcourt. Earlier this year, Burna Boy made history as the first African artist to perform at the Grammys main ceremony, sharing the stage with 21 Savage and Brandy. He also broke records for the highest-grossing concerts by an African artist in the U.S. and Canada. “Bundle By Bundle” is expected to feature on his forthcoming 8th album, No Sign of Weakness, slated for 2025.

Billie Eilish thrills fans with a beautiful NPR Tiny Desk performance.
Four years after recreating NPR’s Tiny Desk at home, Billie Eilish and FINNEAS finally performed at the real thing. Their Tiny Desk Concert premiered on December 12th, featuring stripped-back renditions of tracks from Eilish’s latest album, Hit Me Hard and Soft. The set opened with “THE GREATEST,” where Eilish’s delicate vocals floated over a four-piece arrangement led by FINNEAS on acoustic guitar. They followed with “L’AMOUR DE MA VIE,” the fan-favorite “i love you,” and wrapped up with the upbeat “BIRDS OF A FEATHER,” where Eilish grooved to a snare backbeat and harmonized with FINNEAS. Released in May, Hit Me Hard and Soft was named one of 2024’s best albums and recently earned Grammy nominations for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album. Elgin James’ Prison Break reboot has landed a Hulu pilot order.
Hulu has greenlit a pilot for a new chapter of Prison Break, led by Mayans M.C. co-creator Elgin James and 20th Television. While plot details remain under wraps, the reboot is described as a fresh take within the same universe, separate from the original series’ characters, Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) and Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell). James is collaborating with original Prison Break executive producers Dawn Olmstead, Paul Scheuring, Marty Adelstein, and Neal Moritz. The pilot follows a surge in the tv series’ popularity, with the original series ranking as the #1 most-streamed show in the U.S. in August 2024 after returning to Netflix and Hulu. Over the year, it amassed nearly 200 million streaming hours. This marks James’ first major project since Mayans M.C. ended in 2023, with casting yet to begin on the new installment.
The ‘PRISON BREAK’ reboot is moving forward at Hulu.
The series will be set in the same universe as the original series but focused on new characters.

Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre finally release their highly anticipated project, Missionary.
Hip-hop icons Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre have reunited for Missionary, their first full-length collaboration since Snoop’s groundbreaking 1993 debut, Doggystyle. Released Friday via Death Row Records, Aftermath Entertainment, and Interscope Records, the 16-track album runs just under 50 minutes and features an all-star lineup, including Jhené Aiko, 50 Cent, Eminem, Sting, Tom Petty, BJ The Chicago Kid, Jelly Roll, Cocoa Sarai, and Method Man. The album has been years in the making, with fans growing restless until its formal announcement a few months ago. While the duo has collaborated sporadically over the years on projects like Dre’s 2015 Compton and Snoop’s 2006 Tha Blue Carpet Treatment, Missionary marks their first full joint project in nearly three decades. Serving as a sequel to Doggystyle, this long-awaited album is already generating significant buzz.
