Dave Bautista stars in the first official teaser of “The Killer Game”.
Lionsgate has released the first official trailer for its highly anticipated action thriller, “The Killer Game”. Adapted from Jay Bonansinga’s novel of the same title, the plot follows Joe Flood (Bautista), a hitman diagnosed with a terminal illness and decides to take a hit out on himself but when his ex-girlfriend is targeted, he fights for love, fending his ex off an attack from assassins. Hollywood stars like Sofia Boutella, Terry Crews, Scott Adkins, Pom Klementieff and Ben Kingsley will also star in the movie. “The Killer Game” will be released in the cinemas on September 13.

New revelation sheds more light on the cause of Mohbad’s death.
Afrobeats star, MohBad was pronounced dead in September in circumstances that were largely unclear. This led to a social media uproar among fans demanding a thorough investigation. Music star, Naira Marley and socialite, Sam Larry were later arrested in connection with this circumstance after videos of the duo bullying the “Ask About Me” singer. As a part of the investigation, an autopsy was also conducted to determine the nature of his demise. However, a new revelation from the autopsy is pointing to drug reaction as the cause of the singer’s death. Many Nigerians have taken to social media to counter this claim and express their disappointment at how the investigation has been conducted.

Hunter Schafer to play the lead role in Prime’s “Blade Runner 2099” series.
“Euphoria” star, Hunter Schafer is set to join Michelle Yeoh as a co-star for the spin-off of Prime’s sci-fi series, “Blade Runner 2099”. According to Hollywood insiders, the production has commenced after delays and shifts from Belfast and Prague. Other than “Euphoria”, Hunter Schafer has had superb performances on “The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes” and Yorgos Lanthimos’ “Upcoming Kind of Kindness”. More on the upcoming series, including its release date are yet to be revealed.
