Sandro Tonali and Nicolo Zaniolo accused of illegal betting involvement.
Reports from Italy have indicated that Zaniolo and Tonali, who both moved to the Premier league this season, are being accused by authorities over illegal involvement in betting. In fact, sources claim that one of the players was betting on his team while being benched. The players, who moved to Aston Villa and Newcastle respectively, have now left the Italy training camp for further questioning by the authorities. They will face immense punishments if found guilty of the charges.

Romelu Lukaku speaks on rejecting Al Hilal bid during the summer.
During the summer transfer window, out of favour Chelsea striker, Romelu Lukaku rejected a huge bid from Al Hilal which would have seen him earn £45 million per year. Presently on loan at Roma, the Belgian striker has however spoken on why he rejected the offer. Mentioning how proud he was of the initial interest, Lukaku said that he was not convinced about joining the club and despite Al Hilal being one of the biggest clubs in the Middle East, the striker noted that he was not ready to leave Europe at this point in his career.

Final nominees for the Golden Boy 2023 award have been released.
This year has witnessed some of the best performances from young players across Europe. Emerging talents have taken the center stages in big competitions to showcase their potential and now, French Football has just released the final nominees for the Golden Boy Award. The list includes Real Madrid’s star, Jude Bellingham, Jamal Musiala, Rasmus Højlund and Levi Colwill. Five wildcards have also been added, including Barcelona’s emerging talent, Lamine Yamal and new Real Madrid talent, Arda Gülar. Gavi is not included in the list because he won the award last year.
