They controlled possession and created chances, with a wonder goal from Alejandro Garnacho in the first half and goals from Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial sealing the win for the Red Devils later in the second half. This is a huge dilemma for Everton who recently suffered a ten-point deduction for breaching the Premier league’s Profitability and Sustainability rule. Everton is now 19th in the premier league standing, with four total points.

The team has suffered yet another setback as they faced a tough defeat against Aston Villa. Despite being a goal up early in the game, Pau Torres and Watkins goals were enough to complete a much-needed comeback. This marks their third consecutive loss in the league, which has left most fans very frustrated. The disappointing outcome has brought numerous concerns to the forefront, including injuries and tactical decisions. Tottenham now sit fifth in the premier league table, after being first for several weeks.
