After huge competition among some of the finest squads in the NBA, the Los Angeles Lakers have now clinched the inaugural In-season tournament title, defeating Indiana Pacers 123-109 to secure their first title since winning the NBA finals in 2020. Anthony Davies proved to be one of the league’s best two-way player, helping Lakers secure the win with a season high 41 points, 20 rebounds and 4 blocks. The NBA leading scorer, Lebron James also clinched the tournament’s MVP, where he averaged 26.4 points, 8.0 rebounds and 7.6 assists per game in the tournament.

Manchester United and Bayern Munich suffer heavy defeats ahead of UCL clash.
In preparation for the last game of the Champions League group stage, both Manchester United and Bayern Munich face crushing losses in their respective leagues. Manchester United endured a woeful outing, enduring a devastating 3-0 defeat at the hands of Bournemouth on their own turf at Old Trafford. Liverpool move top of PL table as Arsenal lose to Aston Villa.
The premier league title race continues to heat up as Liverpool soared over Arsenal to top the league table after a comeback win against ten-man Crystal Palace on Saturday. Arsenal suffered their second league defeat of the season at the Villa Park, as Aston Villa secured their 15th consecutive home win with the 1-0 victory. The Villa boss Unai Emery have now defeated Arsenal and Manchester City consecutively to move third in the league standing. Narrowly defeating Luton 2-1, Manchester City finally earn their first league win after failing to secure any win in their previous 4 games. The title challenge continues to thrill fans as we enter the second half of the season.
