Ex-Big Brother Naija star, Phyna has transformed herself from a reality tv star to a movie star within a short span. The 2022 BBN winner is now set to star as a major character in new Nollywood action thriller which is scheduled for release in the cinema on December 8. With an intricate web of emotions, the movie tells the tale of deep love, chaos, betrayal and redemption and with the glimpse of what the released trailer has unfolded, many are looking forward to this film.

Fireboy reveals that his fourth studio album is in the works.

YBNL sensation, Fireboy has disclosed that he has a new album on the works. The Afrobeats artiste have had an eventful year since the release of his third studio album, “Playboy” with his hit single, “Peru” breaking into official charts across Europe and America. In a new interview with Contrast, Fireboy said he was immensely impressed with the new songs that he’s been working on and further revealed that the next album would be totally dedicated to his fans as a show of appreciation for their support.

Since the emergence of “Essence”, Wizkid and Tems have penetrated the US RnB music scene, enjoying numerous chart entries in the country. The new iHeartRadio’s top five R&B ranking of 2023 which is ranked by numerous audiences across urban AC stations, has Wizkid’s “Essence” charting at number one, the third consecutive year charting in the top five. Tems’ “Free Mind” also makes the top five list at number five. Both artistes will be looking to extend their runs next year.

New movie, “Breath of Life” set to air on Prime Video this December.

From the stables of Amazon Prime Video comes a newly faith-based narrative that explores purpose, destiny and fulfilment of the human life. The movie which is set in the 1950s, narrates the inspirational journey of a man who had lost his sense of purpose and fulfilment until an encounter with a young man. This movie, which is set to be released exclusively on Prime Video on December 15th will feature acclaimed Nollywood stars like Wale Ojo, Chimezie Imo, Genoveva Umeh and Damola Adedoyin.
