The Euro 2022 winning team have again advanced to the World Cup finals. After defeating Nigeria and Colombia on their way to the competition’s final four round, they met a strong opposition from Australia. Goals from Ella Toone, Hemp and Russo were enough to seal England’s 3-1 victory. They will now face Spain in the tournament’s final and will be hoping to bring the cup home this time, after the semi finals heartbreak in the 2019 World Cup.
